My new baby!

Have you noticed in upgrade in my photos? It's because I have a new Cannon Rebel Camera and I love it! I've taken 400 pictures in 4 days! I'm going to take a photography class next year sometime so I can take pictures of my real baby with my digital baby! Thank you David! Here are some shots I've taken. I can't wait to load photoshop so I can start eiting.

Rice Cereal

Will just started eating rice cereal and he loves it! Every time I put his bib on he knows he is getting fed and he gets really happy. David and I are glad to have such a good little eater.

26 years old!

Happy Birthday David! He actually had the day off work to celebrate! We had some friends and family over that night for fajitas and pie. I gave David a bunch of camping stuff that he can add to his collection. He also got some other really great gifts. I love you Davy! Happy Birthday!

Dog Sitting

David and I have been house/dog sitting for the past two weeks. We got to stay in a beautiful home and called it our mansion. Besides the growling dog, it was fun to have a dishwasher, temprapedic mattress, rain shower, disposal, and garage for a little while. We had a great time but are glad to be home.

Flagstaff Trip

As part of our anniversary celebration, David and I took a day trip to Flagstaff. We left Will with Grandma and he screamed pretty much the whole day! I felt terrible but at the same time did have a great trip. There was so much snow! We took a little tour around NAU, then found a back road to do some "sledding". They we out of sleds at Walmart so we got creative and bought a storage container, tied a rope to the back of the Jeep, and hung on! But, David broke it on the first run! Fortunately for us this scary guy stopped and gave us a rubber mat. We pulled each other down the snowy roads and it was so fun! We were FREEZING! Our trip got cut short by a crying baby but we managed to get some take out on the way home.

Christmas 2008

Will as Santa

We had a wonderful Christmas! Its was so nice for David to have some time off work and it was nice for us to have him around. Most definitely the highlight was my SLR Cannon Rebel XSi camera that Santa brought me! He said I had been a good girl! I think our favorite gift that we gave this year was a photo book I made for my parents because I completely messed up the front cover! But, they loved it anyway!
We spent Christmas Eve at the Bodine's doing all the normal traditions. During our little talent show David popped out in his gorilla suit and scared everyone! We've now decided that every Christmas we need some way for the gorilla to appear. My nieces were so scared!
We spent Christmas day at the Kolstads and had a delicious ham feast. We were all stuffed! We also played a game together. I've decided the Kolstad men all have competition issues, but it didn't matter anyway because the girl team triumphed in the end! Even though David gave a stunning performance as ET, we still beat the boys!

Ward Christmas Pary

This is my friend Kristy. There is always some drama when we get together. We used to prank really bad together in college! I'm so glad she is in my ward so I still get to see her.

2 years and still in love!

We just celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary. It feels like yesterday and forever ago all at the same time. My sister so kindly baby sat for us! And it really was an act of love because Will screamed for an hour staright. It got so bad that she actually had to call my mom over! Thank you Aunt Kasey! But, David and I got to go on a date by ourselves, which doesn't happen that often. We went to dinner and saw the movie "Boy in the Striped Pajamas" which was a great but sad movie.

December 13, 2006

Going along with Bodine tradition, I tried on my wedding dress. I was so glad that it still fits!

Don't worry! It's just sparkling cider! We really enjoy it and the whole bottle was gone in 15 minutes!

Holiday Dinner

Every year my high school does a choir holiday dinner and this year I finally got to go to one. By brother Lucas is a senior this year so this was the very last dinner for the Bodine family. It definitely marked the end of an era for my family. My mom bought a table and I got to go with all my brothers and sisters. All of us got to stand up and sing Candlelight Carol at the end and it was really special for my family. My parents were crying like babies. This is us with our choir teacher Mr. Schrieber
