San Diego!

Thanks to Grandma Sandy watching Will (and Dave) all weekend I was able to take a GREAT trip with two of my best friends Lacey and Emilee. They picked me up in Yuma on the way to San Diego and there isn't enough blog space to explain the joys of my trip! It was WAY nice to take a break from the at home mom thing, spend time with my friends, and have a real vacation! We hit all the major stops and did the whole thing to fit all three of our budgets-which always seems to be really small! The new Mormon Batallion in Old Town. We had the best jalapeno sauce there thanks to a hook up, explored historic buildings, and bought a few items.
Lacey and I at Mission Beach. The water was FREEZING, but following Lacey's lead I took the plunge!

Sea Port Village. Just a cute little place to walk around

Coronodo Island-the place of my heart! I had forgotten how goergous it is.

Emilee and I at La Jolla Beach. There were seals on rocks, caves, snorklers, and we'll never forget the nasty bathrooms we had to change in!

Fun Stuff!

Will loves swimming these days. Last time we swam at the Milletts he insisted on wearing goggles.
We celebrated Kelli's birthday with a fun swim party (with tons of good food) and lunch with the sisters and mom at Oreganos. The Pazzucci was to die for! Yum! Kelli was being pretty funny and brought gifts for all of us to her birthday lunch. It was things she was returning to us all. I was cracking up because the gift I wrapped up to her was just something I was returning as well! Are we not related? Happy Birthday Kel!

We had a really fun afternoon with Grandma Sandy this past week. She treated us to an outing at Bounce U and Will had a great time! It took him a while to figure out how fun that place is but after a while he warmed up and was rolling and bouncing everywhere. Grandma was a good sport and helped Will around considering my huge pregnant state. Then she helped us plan somethings for the baby's room and took us to Costco. Thanks Grandma!

This is Will at Bounce U. He is almost 2 years old!

She's Coming!

Only 9 more weeks till our Baby Girl comes! And no, no names yet-and even if we did we are keeping it a surprise because I'm weird. We are so excited but have a lot of stuff to do!

Movies

Having David working at the Theaters definitely has it's benefits! Oddly enough I think this job is a really good fit for my husband considering his deep love of movies and surround sound. We took Will to Toy Story 3 this week and he sat through the whole thing! We were really surprised, a little ashamed we've taught our kid to watch TV so well, and pleased to have a fun family outing that was enjoyable for all.

Living at the Pool

My two handsomes! Will's been asking for Daddy a lot lately.

Faith always has her goggles on when she swims! It is sooooo cute and funny. She is turing out to be a great swimmer and Dave even got her to jump off the platform by herself!
One regret I had this trip was not making it to my Sage Delynn's swim meet! I'm so sad! She is such a big girl now is is majorly smart!

We just spent a great week again in Mesa and have been living at the pool. When we are Mesa we hang at the Milletts and when we are here to enjoy our public pool pass. We are getting tan! Poor Dave is working like a dog but we did spend 1.5 days in Mesa with him and actually got to go to dinner and a movie! We did a bunch of hanging around which was really nice because we've been sick lately. Kelli went through all her baby girl stuff for me and I'm getting really excited for everything to be pink in a few months! I wasn't nearly excited to look through all my baby boy stuff the other day but am ecstatic about having a nephew, Dave and my's second! We got to see Kasey, Micah, Tyler, Grandpa, and little bit of Grandma too. Will's new thing is saying "Hi!" to people who come over. We are glad to be home and get back to our little life in Yuma. (despite our terrible colds)
