Big Brother!

Will is going to be a big brother! We are expecting our second child in September! We are all doing great except for the uncontrollable random crying and look of death when ever anyone tries to eat my food! (but I guess that was going on anyway before I was pregnant!) The Bug Man

With my new calling and Dave's calling I get to do some cub scout stuff and it is so fun! Last night we had the Blue and Gold Banquet and David got my Dad to come and do his Bug presentation. It was great! Even though I was raised around my Dad's weird love for insects, I still found a lot of what he said fascinating.

Dave wore his scout uniform even though I so disastrously sewed all the patches on poorly! (that's a story for another blog post) He looked so great and I was so proud of my Bug Man Father and Cub Scout leader husband!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful Spring Break! David actually had some time off from school and work and it was a special treat for us to have him around. We saw family, friends, went out to eat, took naps occasionally, and even made it to the temple! Our nieces got baptized, we had family pictures, and took care of some giant cockroaches! Good times!

Will got his first major cut. The doctor did super glue and he screamed the whole time! Thank goodness for Uncle Lucas' help that day! Here is Will on our hike in Papago Park. He was learning how to use the Camel Pack.

Happy St. Patrick's Day as well! I got to take some GREEN pictures of my nieces this week. Kelli is a really fun Mom and made our green day lots of fun. We wore green and ate green!

A Mom Weekend!

I love when my mom comes to Yuma because I always get to have an outing and do something crafty. This time my mom created my spring door wreath in no time and then we made some bows! I thought it turned out really great! (not to mention I was digging through my stuff for materials so I wouldn't have to buy extra things) Thanks mom!

Joys of Motherhood

So this is what happens to your one year old when you start blogging on the computer! You focus on something for 5 minutes and before ya know it he is covered in marker and ate three of them!
