She's Our Blessing

We had Allie's blessing day over Thanksgiving weekend. We had lots of family here and it was really nice. David gave our sweet baby a beautiful blessing. She is such a sweet little baby and is so happy. We love her and are so glad to have her! It was nice to be in our home ward with all of our Yuma family as well. Allison looked so goergous in her white blessing dress and we were glad to celebrate her being here.

Cousins

I love all the new babies in my life! This is such a special time for my family and we have another little one to add to the mix in just a few days. So fun! Of course this was yet another crazy photo shoot where I had no idea what I was doing, and of course somebody is always crying right? It's obvious who is oldest and youngest (even though the oldest is only older by 2 days, what a little chunky monkey!) I love these babies!

A Yuma Thanksgiving

Since David had to work over Thanksgiving weekend we decided to stay in Yuma. My parents and Micah came down to join us and it was so great having them around! This was my first Thanksgiving in our own home, my first time cooking a turkey, and David's first time carving one. I thought I did it perfect until my Mother pulled it out of the oven and pointed out to me that I forgot to take all the guts out! Oh well! It was my first time right? I got to bust out my china and also made a huge bowl of cranberry salad which was gone in 2 days (due to my father-gotta love that man! he knows what the best part of Thanksgiving really is!)

It was so nice having family around to help with the kids. We all got to go the movies multiple times, took naps, and even made it to Algadones Mexico. (it's only about 15 minutes away) Uncle Micah I think went every day to the movies! Thanks for spending Thanksgiving with us!
