January Birthdays

11 years old. Allie and I took her to dinner the night before her birthday, David took her to breakfast before school. And at night we had Fuse. Holly is just a wonderful kids-typically always in a good mood and happy. She is a blessing in our home in many ways!

I turned 39. We were busy and sick during my birthday but we got a dinner date a few days later with friends.

Sage is gone

Sage's farewell talk. She's off serving in Mexico and is just the best. I went over while she was packing, and cried when I had to say goodbye. She is just so special and is a fantastic person in everyway. I miss her. Kelli has been a little bit of a mess, but is adjusting. Sage is doing great! It's like a big party in the Mexico MTC for her.

As if the braces weren't enough-this girls got glasses too! Both things all within a month. We had such fun trying on all the frames and looks though! Isn't she cute?

Aunt Trell is the fun Aunt taking the girls on an outing.

Will hanging with his friends over break.

Jesus's Brithday-David's Birthday

By some weird twist, we had a Christmas Eve with just our little family. We went iceskating-there were some tears. But the food and treats before and after made it all better.

David turned the big 4-0. He decided he wants to hike the Grand Canyon in Ma to mark this, but on the day he just wanted to go shooting. We had fun! I actually beat him in a round of shots-and he demanded a re do because he couldn't believe he lost to me. The kid are little shooters and despite the chilly weather we had a good time.

Rodizio with the family for David's birthday. The kids loved it! I've neer seen David eat that much meat before.

Braces and Concerts

Allie got braces. It was quiet the exciting day. She had a major panic attack as soon as they took her back. By some miracle after an hour of her crying she was able to open her mouth and get them on-now she it totally fine like no big deal.

Cellobration

Irivng Orchestra Concert

15th Anniversay at Charlestons. We both had a lot going on that day, but managed to squeeze a quick dinner in at 3

Dreams come true. After not getting selected for Tabernacle Choir tickets-my heart broke a little. But Emily pulled some strings and got some tickets-and told me to come! It was fun taking a trip by myself. I spent the weekend with her and her cute family. The concert was amazing of course! I got to see my college friend who sings in the choir.

New family photos.

November

On a whim, David and I took a quick trip to Salt Lake to see the Ben Rector concert. It was awesome. It was snowing in Park City, so we took some time and also went to Olympic Park.  It was only a 1 day trip but was so worth it.

Afton got baptized and turned 8 this month. She is such a special girl and I love her so much!

October Break

I made the kids hike with me at least one day for October Break.

David and Will went hunting.

Friday lunch dates with Will.

Allie is 12

This girls had her 12th birthday. She requested a cake fight with her friends. She has really been growing up laetly. She is creative, compassionate, passioate, energetic, is loyal, and great friends and great daughter. She is a joy

We scored a lake invite on the Millett boat and David was actually able to go! But the boat broke down 5 minutes into the lake. So we all enjoyed a nice float while Bert pulled us in with a rope.

David and I decided to do a day shot to Sedona, but on the way I got  mirgraine. We were still able to do a few short walks/hike and ate in Flagstaff. It rained and was just beautiful.

Dave is a professional! He's better slowly setting up his buisness Better at Home -Mobile Medicine.

Mom's School

I decided to go back to school if hopes of getting my music qualification. Only one student at MCC thought I was the teacher. It's been fun challenging my mind after all these years staying at home-but also challenging.  Dave and the kids like to laugh at me when I'm doing homework.

Monsoon season!

My friend Calli and I had a busy strech together at the begining of this school year. We literally saw eachother every day for 10 days straight. Few! I was tired!
