My Angel is 2!

We celebrated Allie's 2nd Birthday the day I got home from Oakland along with her cousin Jacob who is 2 days older than her. I can't believe how grown up she looks in these pictures! She got lots of clothes and accessories-I've been dying for a girl! She totally understood how to open presents, eat cupcakes, and celebrate herself! She will always be my angel baby and I'll never forget how thrilled I was when she was born! Happy birthday sweet heart!

Friday Night Date Night

This past Friday we went to Fire and Ice down at the MAC and had a great time. We were there long enough the get out of the house, see a few cool things, and make it home for bed time.
Will is so good for my camera lately! What a goofey smile!

Allison is such a wanderer! I constantly have to keep an eye out! She wandered down the street the other morning when the garage got left open. She wandered all over the MAC, and the only thing I did camping was to search for her all day! Love my little gal!

Holly is growing so fast and is looking like a mix between Will and Allie. She started crawling a while ago and it so squirmy worm now!

Kolstad Camping

For the first time ever we took our little family camping-and now I know why I didn't make an effort before! It is hard camping with 3 very young kiddos!
We went to Show Low Fool Hollow Lake-which was the best camp ground ever! We got to see Bert's triathlon and did enjoy being out doors and together! I hardly had any dealings with William because he was off playing with his cousins, having a great time. I had a fantastic kayak ride with my mom, and we are glad to be home. Dave loved being up there, he was definitely in his element. But we decided next time I'll stay at home with the babies and he can take Will.

Beth's Wedding

I went to Oakland for Beth's wedding on September 1st and it was soooo fun! Completely bitter sweet because I'm so happy she found Jon but so sad she is moving to California! She looked so beautiful and Jon seems so perfect for her. I felt like a young single adult again-so ya it was a little weird not having David or the kids with me. I love all my new friends I hung with all weekend and really enjoyed being taken care of by all of the men in Beth's life-they are awesome! It was such a party and I also loved the break from my kiddos. Thanks Auntie Kellie for listening to a screaming baby for a whole day!

My dear friend Ashley was there too and it was like we had never been separated! Love these gals! And Ashley and I had quite the adventure discussing Missy Franklin sitting in front of her on her flight home!

The Oakland temple was even more grand a beautiful than I had thought. Of course the sealing was a highlight!

Another "highlight" was the 9 course Chinese banquet dinner! The exotic food just kept coming and coming! I sampled a ton of weird things like jelly fish, shark fin soup, shrimp/crab stuff, lobster, and stuff I didn't even know what it was! By the 6th course everything started to look really disgusting even though I had hardly eaten anything! So-I had 2 pieces of wedding cake and called it good!
