Bon Voyage for Yuma!

The rumors are true-we are moving to Yuma, AZ! Pretty much there is not a hotter place in the whole United States. Believe us-we've visited a few times and it is hotter than heck. David got accepted to the NAU nursing program at Yuma and we are very excited about that. We are also excited to be five minutes away from my Dad's place. I'm so sad to be leaving my home, family, and friends! I feel like I'm going to EAC again. Our plan is to come back in two years but in the mean time Yuma is where we will call home. Feel free to visit on your way to see Shamoo or if you want to take a quick trip to Mexico. It's 8 miles away! We've got a spare room and are definatly moving up in the word as evidence of our dishwasher.

Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies

This summer I decided I wanted something to do with all my tutus so-I taught a summer dance class! And no, I'm not a dancer! Any one whose saw me in "You Can't Take it With You" would know. But I did know plenty to teach little girls. And yes, I made myself a tutu (I actually pulled out all the stops for mine, I'll put it on my tutu blog) Anyway the girls were sooooooooo cute I loved every single leap across the stage! They were so proud of themselves. We actually had a great crowd there too.

Yummy Food

Will has been quite the funny eater lately. He has a mouth full of teeth and is starting to get picky. He recently discovered the joys of rice but now wants ketchup on it. As you can tell he is also a fan of spaghetti.

4TH OF JULY

This weekend we got to go to the Millett cabin in Christopher Creek with my family and it was soooooo beautiful and cool up there. It was well worth it just to take walks outside! We were so sad to leave and even more sad when we hit the weekend traffic on the way home. Here's some of the stuff we did.We went to the fireworks show in Heber. Will LOVED them and was mesmerized.
We all took a hike and swim down it Box Canyon. The water was freezing but Dave and I had to get in. Will was Mr. Grumpy pants but for those who know him, we weren't surprised.

What is a Bodine trip with out lots of good food! David and I both gained a few this weekend much to our dismay.
