Big Weekend

We've had a great weekend. My mom came to Yuma to visit my Dad and us. It was really nice to have company around. She was a great help in sewing Will's Halloween costume! And, much to our surprise-my parents got us a baby bike seat! We are SOOO excited! We have only one car but I can pedal myself to my usual locations now! This is our maiden voyage and Will loved it! He especially loves to honk the bike horn Grandpa got for him. Thanks again Mom and Dad! What a great treat this is for us!

We had quite the eventful Saturday morning. Will got bit by an ant in the backyard and went hysterical. I mean thrashing and screaming for almost an hour. It wasn't until my Dad came over to help give him a blessing and my mom came with the baby Benydrl that he finally settled down. Here he is "recovering" with some cheese and playing on the lap top. David took me to "recovery" by taking me out to breakfast. I was just as drained as the baby was. I think Auntie Kelli, Kasey, and Grandma Delynn have ever seen one of these fits-it was a very llllloooonnnggg hour.
