After a very long year of potty training, I was confident Will finally was 90% independent on the potty. Just kidding! We've been have accidents multiple times a day! He even makes a mess before I can manage to get clean pants back on him. What is going on! I'm going to have 3 messes to clean up soon, oh dear!
We've been talking a lot about how the new baby is inside my tummy. The other day Will said, "When I was a baby I popped out of your tummy and went to the monster truck show!" He's very excited to attend the monster truck show in a couple of weeks.
Will also has been exploring every inch of my parents house. The latch on the dryer is broken and Will has been warned MANY times to stay out because it will bite him. The other day when I was loading the dishes I thought he was quietly playing in the toy room-wrong. I heard sudden screaming and then thought maybe I should check it out. I found him in the laundry room under a pile of wet sheets completely tangled. But, mostly his arm was twisted up so bad I thought it was broken. I began screaming for my dad and after a few minutes was able to get him untangled-but of course he was majorly freaking out. He was fine and then my mom came in. After telling the story of him getting into the dryer we all started cracking up. Will did not find it as humorous. I had to write this one down, what a little monkey he is. He hasn't played with the dryer since.
I've been reading in 3 Nephi when Christ comes to Will at night. Yesterday morning we woke up and the first thing he said to me was "Mommy, I dreamed about Jesus and I felt his hands and his heart". David and I thought that was pretty sweet and for short glimpse I thought that maybe I'm doing at least one thing right as a mom.

Whitney I did not realyze you are living here now! After you have your baby we need to have a park day or something when you are ready! I miss seeing you, I hope all is well with you and good luck with baby #3!
Potty training is the worst thing ever!!! It took over a year to get my oldest potty trained. We were dealing with a lot of serious constipation issues. He'll be 5 soon, and he still has about 1 accident a day. :( That last paragraph was the sweetest thing I've ever heard! Good luck with the new little one!
