Allie Angel

Today was a long mom day. I cleaned a house this morning and then went shopping with the kids the rest of the afternoon. I quickly threw food in the back of the car for lunch and hauled them all over Walmart and Hobby Lobby. Will cried at Hobby Lobby because I wouldn't buy him a train set and everyone ran all over the store touching things. I forgot my coupon in the car and didn't have the heart to go back and buy what I really wanted.

We were so pooped out that I turned on the tv for 90 to unwind. Everyone had melt downs after that and I didn't get dinner started till seven. I had said a quick prayer to just help me make it through the day without me having a meltdown.

We sat down to dinner and Allie volunteered (this never happens) to say the prayer. It went something like this.

"Dear Heavenly Father, thank you that we can have this grilled cheese. Thank you for our mommy. She is such a good mommy. She cooks for us and takes care of us. I love her so much. She is a star. I love my mommy she is the best mommy ever. In the name..."

Yup, totally starting crying. What a sweet little girl. Sometimes Heavenly Father will answer even our quick little prayers, and sometimes he answers them through a child. My heart completly melted. What an angel.
