This fall is a time of change-obviously. Change is so good. Once YW is passed off hopefully I'll be feeling a little better. And I am actually really excited about all the things going on-now I just need my brain and heart to keep up. Few! Just feels good to let it all out sometimes!
Allison started preschool at Mackaye Hancock's house. She LOVES it! She feels like such a big girl and loves going. The only thing she doesn't like is getting her hair brushed out everyday.
William started the first grade in Mrs. Paguia's house. It's been a tough homework battle everyday, but he says he likes school (he say's his favorite part is recess and lunch). The house is quite from the time he leaves to the time he gets home.
Cousins, we had these two around a lot this summer. Aunt Kasey has been kind enough to have them over too. They are the best of friends, worst of enemies.
Aunt Kelli gave us a popcorn popper for her birthday, we've been enjoying it.
William turned 7 and Faith turned 10! We had our annual swim party. We got William a scooter.
And, probably the biggest news, Mom and Dad bought a new house on Fountain Street. It's a great house and change is good, I'm excited for them. In fact, the packing of the old house started yesterday. I only help a couple of hours but we had the best time cleaning out, packing, and stealing what we wanted from the house. Mom and Kelli were a little teary eyed. I got teary looking through the new house! They still have a few more weeks of moving and will be selling the Hunt Dr. house.
Other big changes, David got hired at Abrazo West Hosptial and will be starting another full time job, yes that's right, ANOTHER, full time job. It's ICU and will have to be trained. Everyone thinks he is crazy, including me, but I want to support him in his career and paying off all that nursing school debt. We've had a 'goodbye' date and took the kids to Tonto National Bridge yesterday to spend one last day with him. He is a wonderful Dad and husband.
I've started piano up again, it's been hard of course but I do love my students. It's hardest on the kids when they get ignored after school, and William is not independant at all in ways of homework. But, I'm determined to stick it out one more year so that I can save some Disneyland money (even though my first saved chunks went to car repair) I'm also going to be released soon and that will be a big change-but good. I'll miss the people but won't miss the tasks everyday.
