When the shut down started-I was so excited to get some things done around the house! And boy did I. Then I tired myself out and quit. Last week we all started to get a little board around here, I literally started dreaming about all the things I could do to the house phase two. Well-I'm tired again and have been ignoring my children for a week. I'm regretting this second undertaking-but it's keeping me busy and the house will look great in the end. I've almost cried only a few times but haven't had a break down yet.
Here's the things I've done since the shut down...
)painted picnic table
)painted play house
)helped Dave prep for the pavers-sprayed all the weeds in both yards literally 4 different times
)planted new flowers in the front and back
)dug our planters out front-planted new bushed with Dave
)painted a fan
)patched, caulked and painted the crown molding in the kitchen and halls
)patched, caulked and painted the base boards in the kitchen and halls
)re-caulked and deep cleaned my terrible shower
)Re Modeled my whole bathroom-floors, fixtures, vanity, mirror-I I did this all under 100 bucks!
)painted my bathroom door, closet door, bedroom door, girls room door-and matching door jams.
)I just finished painting the girls room base boards, closet door, and walls. I waiting for Dave now to hang the crown molding. The girls room is literally in my living room-and the kids are sleeping in the family room all week now.
)Next up-when I regain energy I still have 2 doors to do.
Few! I'm exhausted just thinking about this list-time for a vacation at the beach-wait-all the beaches are closed still!
