Wow what a trip! As soon as everyone got home from Youth Conference and Girls Camp, we headed up to Island Park Idaho for the Bodine family trip. Mom planned every detail out perfectly. It was definitley a full house that's for sure. We had lip sync battle, game night, magic show, ate good meals together, and went to the playhouse one night. We hiked, floated on the snake river, and saw every inch of Yellowstone. We got icecream in every place we stopped-a refreshing treat.
So much driving, all day, every day. Dave was the road warrior for sure. Kindly, I let the kids roate into the frout sometimes out of the kindness of my heart. Allie and Holly got sick once on the raod to Colorado-but did great other than that!
Hike with the nieces.
When Dave went fishing all day, the girl cousins and us went hourse back riding. Allie's horse took off rougue through some sticks, but other than that, a great time.
Yellowstone, a very special and unique place. We saw it all! All the wild life, all the geysers, and the waterfalls-everything.
We were driving home on Father's Day-but we gave soda toasts at the gas station to celebrate Dave.
Will got to drive a little bit and get his first highway experience, he did great. He drove us into Tetons.

Jenny Lake at the Tetons. Where in famous tail of the Moose happened, Dave hiked us right inbetween 2 male Moose after he mocked hikers for getting too close to the moose. I was scared half to death
Telluride and Ouray Colorado.
Our kids handled all the driving really well, mostly becuase they all watched movies. We saw incredible things and it was nice not to live normal life. Although grump teens, I think they secretly had a fun time.
