Home Sweet Home

And our at home time continues. We are doing online school for about  45 a minutes day. I just ask the kids to turn in one thing per day-pretty easy compared to other moms. I'm the principal-not the teacher. I've told them that I don't take questions. It was stressful enough just getting everyone logged in and showing them how to log in! We call our selves-Whitney's Wayside School-home of the Wackies. Ask a question and get a Wack.

There was a pretty cool full moon. The other night.

Easter baking-thought I'd try the bunny cake. I think we all agree next year we just need strawberry dream cake or carrot cake. I seriously have gained 10 lbs being home and baking all day.

We had our own Easter Egg Hunt in the back yard.

Easter brunch.

We've been trying out new board games-I taught the kids Risk. There were of course tears AGAIN-our family officially can't play games with each other. We did Pictionary and also had someone cry-every time we attempt a game now I talk about how no one is going to cry when they are loosing.

The kids mad a slip n slide with my painters plastics. They destroyed our grass and Allison got a terrible rash from the sun and grass. So worth it though.

We borrowed our neighbors hamster for a few days.

Just one of many projects I've been doing-finally got Dave to put the hardware on after many weeks and now it's finished.

We've been shooting a couple of times. Dave loves it and I love to be with him. I love when Dave calls me Annie Oakley when I hit a target-which is like 2 out of 10.

David taught Will how to change the oil for the first time.

I did it. After much shopping, credit cards hold, a cancelled order, long discussions with Dave, we have trampoline. It's hard to find tramps right now! But-I spent the big bucks and just did it (even thought Dave was not sure about it and had cold feet the past 2 months-he says now that it was a good purchase).
Hours of enjoyment! I love that the kids are outside having fun. They even slept two nights on the tramp. Our backyard is full of fun now! Seriously this tramp is big and takes up a huge part of our yard.
